Scope
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern all sales made by Bamboo Cover on the shop’s website, aimed at an international clientele, under French law.

1. Products

Bamboo Cover offers for sale duvet covers, pillowcases, bed sheets, and other items related to bamboo household linen. The essential features of each product are presented on the website.

2. Price and Payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (ATI), and may include delivery charges when these are not free.
Accepted payment methods:

• Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

• Electronic wallets: Apple Pay, PayPal Wallet

Payment is made online at the time of order.

3. Delivery

Delivery areas: Worldwide, head office in France.
Standard delivery times: 8 to 12 working days for all countries.
Express delivery:

• Timeframe: about 5 working days

• Conditions: free for the purchase of a complete set (bamboo cover, pillowcase, bed sheet), charged for small orders.
  All orders come with a tracking number allowing online parcel tracking.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the customer has a period of 7 days after receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
⚠️ Personalized or washed products cannot be returned.

5. Legal warranty

All products sold by Bamboo Cover benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects for 2 years from delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Bamboo Cover website (texts, images, videos, logos, designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of Bamboo Cover. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or use of this content, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden without prior written permission from Bamboo Cover.

7. Liability

Bamboo Cover cannot be held liable for damages resulting from a force majeure event, as defined by French law and case law.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These GTS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these GTS, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the head office of Bamboo Cover.
